| PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY |
At EPROJETECH we base our production of labels / tags on an innovative technology designed with insulated copper wire.
Using this process, the antenna is formed directly on the substrate using special machinery, and not etched on an inlay.
This method allows us to shape the antenna any way we want to, on a variety of different substrates. |

The result is an unparalleled and ever increasing range of possibilities in packaging. This would be unthinkable using inlays and other technologies.
- The antenna can be formed on thermal transferable material
- The antenna can be designed to become inoperable if the packaging is opened
- The antenna can be formed directly on reels of substrate provided by our clients, for example pre-printed paper
- Our current product lines vary from 12x12mm UHF Gen2tag that reads at 50mm to HF labels up to 300x300 mm that read up to 30/50 cm (Reading distances depend on the type of reader)

In all HF applications, copper wire technology out performs etched copper by far. This offers incredible performance even on very small UHF tags. |

Unlike copper etching, copper wire technology does not have high setup costs. This allows us to be ready to assist  clients who need very large production volumes, and also those who need smaller amounts of prototypes built exactly around their needs |

Another advantage of copper wire technology is that it’s environmentally friendly, being close to a “zero waste” manufacturing process.
What’s more, without the use of  an inlay the labels we assemble are completely biodegradable. This is especially important for ticketing systems or for any single-use application. |
